30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition. This means:
- The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or use.
- All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- There should be no alterations made to the product.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [email protected] or 915-329-4017 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, Thaisa will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged or incorrect item.
